I probably preferred the previous iteration anyway - hoping new designs are coming out. I used to love the earlier 247 models. Now I am all about the 997 and can't shake it, lol. Would love to see a refresh though! I prefer the 247 v1 too. I don't like the giant in your face heel trend. I prefer a more low-profile look. Little bit more cushion than the 890 but it’s still a fuel cell midsole. The propel is a neutral shoe and the 890 is as well. All four of the mentioned above are good for all day care but I don’t have personal experience with the 880 just from what I read. 574 is not a good option based on your need.Comfort is a straight 10/10 for me. The lining is cut at the very top of the heel, so you have a small stripe of it rubbing against your foot. So many to choose from: 1500, 1530, 1300, 577, 997 and 670 from the Mi ranges, but I also love things like the X90, 801, 860v2 and CT400 from the Asia made lines. The 990v5 is way more comfortable than the 574. The 990 also comes with a ortholite insole which is great for standing and walking in. Soft and squishy like a Hoka or New Balance more v4 - I would favour this type to prevent against the impact of running or even walking 2.
