Ram 2500 stuck in 4th gear

I do not know for sure which gear but it does not matter if I put it in 1st, 2nd, or overdrive off, it will stay in the same high gear. But I digress, if the pickup will even move n all the ground between you n the shop is level or downhill, then sure, it's worth a shot.
