Pc turns on but no display

The computer turns on with fans running, but my monitor says no signal. I’ve already tried switching out the HDMI, using the DVI cable, using another monitor with the said cables, but nothing seems to work. I know it’s not a monitor problem because both monitors I tried connected to my MacBook and worked perfectly fine.
