Seaweed is a superfood for plants, and also for humans too. It contains up to 60 trace elements that help correct soil imbalances. It is also believed to contain growth hormones, nitrogen fixing qualities and an ability to prevent diseases in plants. There are many good reasons to use seaweed in your garden.
