Luc Dinh Ky Tap 1 is legendary and it's a Little Saigon institution. It's a no frills restaurant with some of the best Vietnamese food around, including some great Bo Luc Lac and Pho Ap Chao. The food comes out in an instant and the prices are great for the portion sizes. My go-to is the Bo Luc Lac with Burnt Rice + Lap Xuong.

Compared with other restaurants, Pho Lúc Lac has the best presentation and quality for the rolls.
