Feb 7, 2022 · I took a pregnancy test on Feb 2nd and it said I was pregnant. I last started my period on December 31st for 4 days.  Twins runs in my family. I was taking a prenatal vitamin with choline for 2 months. Now just the prenatal and folic acid. I got blood work drawn on Feb 3rd. my hcg levels were 4,798.0...
