Choya plum wine

This is the bottle. I think it'll keep fine for several months/years like most alcohol. I'm sure you'll finish it within a few weeks at most. I've kept umeshu in the fridge for more than 6 months without it going off. I think mine was something like 15-20%abv though. It should be good potable for a few weeks.
